What about the legal stuff? If I have one client, does that mean I have to get all of that legal paperwork that protects me from being sued and to also get a business license?

It's quite easy to get clients, create a sales script and call businesses, Go to netwroking events, Go directly face to face to businesses, It's not hard, the hardest part is increasing your sales skills and over deliver to your clients.
